Mission & Vision:

Life Association of Relevant Churches is a ministry designed to honor God by equipping, partnering with, and sending out qualified leaders to plant life-giving churches that inspire people to know Jesus, to be like Jesus and to do what Jesus did. 

Equipping:

Students are equipped at the LARC School of Ministry with the Biblical education to lead in the church.

Each prospective student is interviewed and taken through a process with assessment tools, to ensure that he or she is both qualified and called to the ministry.

Students receive practical training through the LARC Internship Program, at one or more LARC churches, before being sent out as part of a church planting team.

Sending Out:

Lead Pastors and Church Planters are sent out with the resources necessary
to have a great start.

The necessary systems are provided to manage the church day to day.

Some financial assistance is given to start a life-giving, relevant church in the community.

Partnering With:

Senior pastors, their wives, and their children are prioritized with pastoral care from the leadership team of LARC. This is done by spending time with the senior pastor and his family in their respective city. Senior pastors and their wives occasionally travel to various cities to develop and maintain relationships with the LARC leadership team, attend training meetings or conferences.

LARC has an on-line delivery system of resources with easy accessibility for church staff and leaders to continue their practical ministry and Biblical education.

LARC churches continually receive the servicing necessary to ensure their success and the likelihood of future church plants from each local church.
